In celebration of its 90 successful years in the fashion business, Fendi pulled out a first-of-its-kind runway show last Thursday (July 7th) at Rome’s iconic Trevi Fountain.  Trevi Fountain has been a baroque landmark of Rome since its complete construction in 1762, and it reopened in November 2015 after a 18-month restoration funded by Fendi.

The new collection called “Legends and Fairy Tales” was presented on top of a translucent platform built above the fountain, creating an illusion that top models like Bella Hadid and Kendall Jenner were walking on water. Designed by creative director Karl Lagerfeld, the label’s second Haute Fourrure collection was accented with fur and floral elements.
