It’s all in the power of the press – or the bench press to be more specific.
One man appeared to effortlessly float to higher and higher levels as he did a series of push-ups.
The video which lasts just 21 seconds sees the man perform his exercise in a number of different locations using unusual props for support.
The clip begins with the man beneath four bar stools.
With one mighty push, he propels himself to the top level of the chairs within an instant.
The video, which appears to have been slowed down in order to capture the majesty of his movement, see the fitness freak power to the top to see him continuing his push-ups on stools.
Next, the video moves outside where once again the workout wonder is seen pushing hard against the concrete.
Above him are two sets of tables and it looks to be almost impossible for anyone to reach the top without help.
Yet once again, the machine-like man manages to power himself up through one level and then the next, before continuing his workout on top of the tables.
In his final act, in what almost looks like trick photography, the muscular man is seen to transport himself up through three levels in one swift motion with each push-up moving him up another 3-4 feet.
At the end of it all, clearly pleased with his wild workout, he comes towards the camera to confidently show off his biceps.
It’s not clear where the video was shot or who the identity of the push-up pro is.
